Fans spin but the screen stays black. We check RAM, the GPU and the POST sequence.

Desktop repair FAQs
How much does desktop repair cost?
It depends on the fault and parts, so we diagnose for free first and then give you a fixed quote. You only pay if you approve the repair.
What should I bring?
Just the PC tower, or the whole unit for an all-in-one. Bring the power cable if it’s non-standard, and let us know your login password if you’d like us to test in Windows.
Can you upgrade my PC instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. An SSD and more RAM can transform an older PC. We’ll check your motherboard and power supply support the upgrade first.
Will I lose my files?
Most hardware repairs don’t touch your data. If a repair or reinstall could affect your files, we’ll tell you beforehand and can copy them off first.
