Laptop repair FAQs
It depends on the model and the fault, so we diagnose first for free and then give you a fixed quote. You only pay if you approve the repair.
Many repairs are done the same day. If a part needs ordering for your specific model, we will tell you the expected timing with your quote.
Most hardware repairs do not touch your files. If a repair could affect your data, we will tell you beforehand. Back up anything important if the laptop still turns on.
Often yes. A new battery or an SSD upgrade can add years of life for far less than a new laptop. If the repair is not worth it, we will say so honestly.
