Explaining Our Process
We remove the old glass of your phone with surgical precision and replace the old layer with a new one. We can do it with fast precision as we are the largest repairers of iPhone screens in the market. Our lab in Woodlands processes about 400 screens per day for both the B2B & Consumer market.
Step 1: Remove old broken Glass
We replace the glass by heat to allow the old layer of Glass and Adhesive to melt away and peel it off. Screens which are too badly broken are harder to do and have high failure rates and therefore we will reject some cases. Once the glass/ adhesive layer is removed the LCD is cleaned and any remaining particles are removed using a chemical agent to prime for the new glass attachment.Step 2: Apply new Optical Adhesive
Once the Optical Clear Adhesive (OCA) is applied, we make sure everything is working by testing the LCD again to ensure that it will be fully functional after the process. This process is tedious and meticulous. Every step is critical and we provide warranty for all iPhone screens that we do under this process. We urge you that whichever repair shop you go to and do the cheaper alternative glass replacement, obtain warranty for touch sensitivity.Final Step 3: Testing of LCD
Updated: We do a thorough test of the LCD to ensure that is is fully working manually and with a machine. If there is a warranty, we do cover it within 3 months for most iPhone models. We guarantee that ours is the best quality in the market. There are various types of Grades of glass in the market and we prefer using those OEM grades from manufacturers such as Foxxcon or LG which provide us with at least 3 Months warranty. Some repair places offer china versions at very attractively cheap prices and are distinctive by having no or limited warranty. These though cheap have high failure rates so we would advise you on avoiding such places.Fullset LCD + Digitizer replacement for Samsung Galaxy Series & iPhones which TOO badly cracked a screen. This is the fastest and more effective way to change the front panel of the phone. Whole new set to allow you to use your phone again quickly. This is the MOST expensive option but sometimes there is No Choice. How tough is Gorilla Glass
